The purpose of this study was to retrospectively assess patients' ability to kneel after TKA and to prospectively determine whether patients with reported difficulty can be taught to kneel." This study showed that when patients struggled with kneeling and then participated in post operative rehabilitation, they were able to kneel on the knee they had replaced.
