What is the duration of therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions typically last between 45 minutes to one hour. Your therapist will adjust the duration based on your progress and needs.
Will I experience pain after therapy?

Physical therapy can be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable. While our goal is to make you feel better, some sessions may temporarily increase your pain. Your therapist will prepare you for this and suggest ways to alleviate it. If you experience significant pain, please contact your therapist.
Will I see the same therapist every session?

Yes, you will see the same physical therapist every session. At Complete Physical Therapy, we ensure continuity of care by not passing you around to different therapists or techs.
