Balance Training

Physical therapy treatment is a proven and effective method for improving balance, performance, agility and reducing fall risk.  Physical therapy also enhances mobility, improves strength and coordination, and builds confidence, particularly in older adults and those with conditions like traumatic brain injury (TBI) or strokes.

Balance Assesment

Your physical therapist will conduct a thorough assessment of your balance using various tests to establish a baseline Additionally, they will measure your strength, blood pressure, sensation to gain a comprehensive understanding of your current ability level. This initial evaluation is essential for developing a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

Treatment

At Complete Physical Therapy Balance Program, you'll work with the same dedicated therapist during each visit, focusing on a variety of balance exercises designed to enhance your strength,, sensation, and reaction reflexes. To ensure ongoing improvement, we'll also create a personalized home exercise program tailored to your needs.
